Being the architect and implementor of Telco-grade SOA systems & Information Servers I wonder how come the later haven’t been identified, so far, as crucial part of any Service-Oriented Architecture. With them, the current problems of service’s availability & response time could be solved; without them, no service can commit upfront to an SLA & QoS.
